Big Ideas, Real Impact.
Helping people grow has always been at the heart of what I do.
Supporting others as they heal, grow, and better understand themselves has always been central to my work.
Whether I am supporting a child learning to manage intense feelings, a teen exploring identity and relationships, or an adult working through anxiety or major life changes, my purpose remains consistent: to offer a place where you feel heard, supported, and not alone.
I view therapy as a meaningful investment in your well-being, your relationships, and the life you are building. When life brings challenges you did not expect, you deserve support as you find your way through them.
My journey to becoming a therapist
Before entering the therapy field, I worked for many years in education as a teacher. That experience allowed me to see firsthand the emotional, social, and developmental challenges that children, adolescents, and young adults often face.
In the classroom, I supported students as they learned to cope with anxiety, build friendships, gain confidence, adjust to change, and make sense of feelings that were difficult to put into words. Over time, my desire to help people in a deeper way continued to grow.
Today, I work with children, teens, and adults who are navigating many of those same concerns, as well as anxiety, depression, self-esteem struggles, relationship challenges, trauma, and life transitions.
What therapy with me can feel like
My goal is for therapy to be a space where you do not have to hide what you are carrying or act like everything is fine when it is not.
We will move at a pace that feels manageable, notice progress along the way, and approach difficult moments with compassion and curiosity rather than criticism. Most importantly, we will work to build trust so you can speak honestly, ask meaningful questions, and continue growing into the person you want to be.
You do not need to arrive with all the answers. We can take the next steps together.
Who I support
I provide support for children who are learning to understand and regulate strong emotions; teens working through friendships, identity, school stress, and family changes; college students and young adults entering new stages of life; and adults facing anxiety, depression, low self-worth, relationship concerns, or significant transitions.
I also work with individuals processing trauma through EMDR therapy. Whether you are seeking care for yourself or looking for support for your child, my hope is to create an environment where healing feels possible and hope feels close.
A little more about me
When I am not in the office, I am usually spending time with my husband, our two children, and our two pitbulls, who are just as spoiled as the kids.
Many of our weekends are spent together at the racetrack participating in drag racing, a family activity we truly enjoy. It has given us opportunities to travel, create lasting memories, and teach our children the importance of hard work while also making room for joy and adventure.
Outside of racing, I enjoy reading, traveling, and staying active.
